Payment, Shipping & Return Policy

SECTION 1 - PAYMENT

All payments are settled in Hong Kong dollars. Foreign currency shown is for reference purpose only, that is your actual charges might be more or less than what is shown on our website due to foreign exchange rate, bank fee, etc. We accept Apple Pay, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Bank Deposit for payment.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit/debit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is shipped. For bank deposit payment, your order will be shipped once payment is confirmed by our bank.

Note: 

  1. Please forward a copy of the deposit slip, e-payment record or telegraphic transfer with the customer name and order number by e-mail to sales@altisafe.com.
  2. Please include any bank or wire transfer charges in the payment, the amount for your purchase received by Altisafe shall be net of charges.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING

Shipments are process Monday through Friday between 9 am to 5 pm Hong Kong time excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the following business day. If you are in a rush or require special handling of your order, please contact us at info@altisafe.com before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate and let you know if there is any extra fee for shipping and handling.

Please make sure your address is complete including any building names, business names, apartment numbers, postal code or other information of your postal address. The address and delivery instruction you provided at the time we ship is exactly what prints onto the shipping label. Make sure it is sufficient for a delivery to reach you and an authorized person is at the address to receive the delivery.

If a delivery is returned to us and there is no fault on our part (e.g. no one at the address to receive the delivery, delivery details which are incorrectly supplied or you fail to supply, you provided the wrong address, etc.), at our sole discretion, you might be charge shipping and handling for redelivery. Altisafe shall not be liable for any delay, loss or damage due to lack of detailed and specific customer instruction in handling and/or delivery of goods.

And in order to prevent shipping loss, in general we will not process any order which specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, hotel or PO Box. However, if you are in a situation where you can only get your delivery at a remote location; please contact us at info@altisafe.com to find out if we can accommodate your request before ordering.

For most Asia delivery address including Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China , our regular shipper is SF Express. Once your order is shipped out, we will provide a tracking number to you and you can track your order here: http://www.sf-express.com

If for any reason we are not using our regular shipper to ship to you, we will inform your promptly and let you know how to track your order.

If you would like to use other courier then our regular shipper, we have arrangement with DHL, FedEx and UPS that offer a discount from their published rate. Please contact us at info@altisafe.com before you order and we will be happy to provide you with the rate to your delivery address.

Hong Kong and Macau Shipping

For limited time, we are please to offer free Shipping for purchase over HK$ 2000 to most delivery address in Hong Kong and Macau through our shipping partner, SF Express. If for any reason we can not provide free shipping to your location in Hong Kong or Macau, we will first get your approval for the shipping fee before we ship your order and bill to your credit card.

Domestic Express Service to Hong Kong and Macau address

1 to 3 business days’ delivery to most Hong Kong and Macau location. We will contact you if for any reason your order could not be deliver to you within 3 days in Hong Kong or Macau after shipping.

Mainland China Shipping

For delivery address in Mainland China, your order will be ship through our shipping partner, SF Express. Payment of shipping charges need to pay by the receiver when the package arrives at the delivery address. If you would like to get the estimate cost of shipping beforehand or have your shipping charges included with your order payment, please contact us at info@altisafe.com before you order and we will be happy to provide you with the rate to your delivery address in Mainland China.

Standard Express Service to Mainland China address

2 to 5 business days’ delivery to most China major cities, up to 9 business days for other locations. We will contact you if for any reason your order could not be deliver to you within 9 days in Mainland China after shipping.

Please note that no additional tax, duties, customs, tariffs and/or government fee will be applied to your order upon checkout. Please refer to your local customs or tax authority for the latest updates on tax rates, duties, customs tariffs and other fees. Altisafe holds no responsibility for known or unknown tax, duties, customs, tariffs and/or fees that are subjected by Chinese Government authorities.

Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam Shipping

For delivery address in Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, your order will be ship through our shipping partner, SF Express. Shipping charges are: 0.1 – 5 kg HK$295, 5.1 – 10 kg HK$495, 10.1 – 20 kg HK$795. For over 20 kg order, we will contact you to provide the shipping fee before shipping. Nothing will be charge to your credit card before your approval for the total amount for your order.

SF Standard Express Service to in Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam

3 to 5 business days’ delivery to most major cities, up to 11 business days for other locations. We will contact you if for any reason your order could not be deliver to you within 11 days after shipping.

For delivery address in other countries not included above (i.e. Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam),  please contact us at info@altisafe.com before ordering to confirm we can ship to your location and the estimate cost of shipping and handling.

SECTION 3 - RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Altisafe offer exchange or credit towards a replacement product within 7 days after you received your shipment (except for the products listed below).

Products not eligible for return:

Personal Protective Equipment - including but not limited to Anchors, Rope Clamp, Helmet, Harness, Lanyards / Sling / Energy Absorbers, Fall Arresters, Pulleys, Rope, Eyewear & Face Protection

Personal Hygiene, Perishable, Hazardous Goods, Printed or Recorded media, Gift Cards (or Voucher), Sales Item (or Item Marked No Returns), Made to Order (e.g. customized item, special arrangement, non-stock item, etc.)

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact Altisafe by email at sales@altisafe.com to obtain return authorization for the item(s) to be return within 7 days after you received your shipment. Any returned item(s) received without a return authorization from Altisafe or request made more than 7 days after delivery to you will not be process.
  • The item(s) is returned to Altisafe in original condition with all internal and external packaging, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact.
  • The item(s) is NOT opened, used, worn or damaged and are in 100% re-saleable condition when they are returned.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost for both return and exchange/replacement item(s)
  • If your return is due to our error or a quality defect, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and will ship your replacement at no charge.

Exchange or credit:

Once we receive and process the return goods into our warehouse, which includes inspecting packaging and products, we will then process the exchange or credit (see below about item returned damaged). For exchange request, we will ship out the replacement item(s), subject to stock availability, within 7 days after receiving your returned item(s).

If we can not send out a replacement item(s) to you within 7 days after receiving your returned item(s) or if you did not select a replacement item(s) at the time of return; we will then issue a credit toward your account that is valid for 30 days to be use for other purchase.

*We strongly recommend that people returning items use Registered Post, as responsibility/liability for the items remains yours until we receive them in our warehouse.

** If an item is returned damaged such that we cannot re-sell the item as 'new', then at our sole discretion, we will deduct a percentage (based on the damaged) of the original purchase price of the item, from the credit. If we receive a return which has been damaged beyond repair or resale, we may return the item to you without issuing a credit or exchange.

We do not credit the original shipping charges, if any, only the original item purchase price. 

Altisafe reserves the absolute right to refuse or accept a returned item(s).
